2201 Wisconsin Avenue reimagines an existing 130-unit multi-family asset in Washington, DC’s Glover Park neighborhood. Drawing from the building’s mid-century modern character, the renovation introduces clean lines, layered textures, and a refined material palette to create a more elevated residential experience. Underutilized spaces were transformed into a curated amenity collection, including a fitness center, yoga studio, leasing office, coworking space, golf simulator, and penthouse-level clubroom.
