The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Foxwoods Resort Casino is a celebrity chef restaurant inspired by Martha’s signature approach to entertaining—warm, elegant, and rooted in everyday luxury. Over 14 months, ZDS collaborated with Foxwoods and project partners to transform an existing space into a refined yet welcoming dining destination. The design draws from Martha’s Bedford farmhouse, blending timeless elements with seasonal flexibility. A neutral palette, faux-bois millwork, and thoughtfully curated décor create a space that feels both sophisticated and approachable, celebrating fresh ingredients and the joy of gathering.

Key features include a kitchen-inspired servery with antique display pieces, an open theater kitchen, and the intimate Green Room, which offers an immersive dining experience with a fireplace and seasonal digital scenes. A retail area completes the experience, offering guests a selection of Martha’s curated home and kitchen products.
