Bedford by Martha Stewart

Working alongside Urban Investment Partners and Bonstra Haresign Architects, ZDS developed the interior amenity spaces to bring warmth, calm, and connection to the full building renovation. Inspired by the adjacent 44-acre Winkler Botanical Preserve, the design draws from natural textures, organic patterns, and landscape-inspired motifs to create a serene residential environment.

The project includes a new resident lobby, lounge space, fitness studio, resident corridors, and rooftop terrace, each designed to feel cohesive, welcoming, and connected to the surrounding natural setting.
