EMBLEM 125 LUXURY APARTMENTS
Parcel 28 is a 249 multi-family project aimed to attract local millennials, combining desired amenity spaces, internal co-working and residential apartments. In collaboration with Torti Gallas + Partners, this design merges a sophisticated design with a budget in mind.

Beatrice Hotel
The lobby is set in an atrium space formed by the connection to adjacent office building and highlights Providence’s historic beauty while introducing modern design elements. A street-level restaurant engages the lobby and activates the arrival experience.

This 49 Unit, 8 stories + penthouse residential building is located in the heart of Logan Circle and maxes out the available density while also harmonizing with the surrounding context.
