The larger of the two buildings anchors the project as its social and dining hub.
A grand arrival lobby, restaurant and bar, rooftop terrace, and lounge give the hotel a full calendar of ways to gather, while meeting and event spaces support the city’s business and civic life. Across the street, the second building takes on a quieter role, built for longer stays with kitchenette suites, a coworking space, and a dedicated fitness studio. Together, the two buildings restore a pair of century-old structures to active use and give Albany a hospitality destination built entirely around its own architectural history.
