The redevelopment will introduce 228 housing units, including studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus, and townhouse layouts. Beyond the residences, the complex will include a bike shop, coffee shop, gym, and a variety of retail and commercial spaces, creating a more active and connected neighborhood environment.
The result is a layered adaptive reuse project that honors Providence’s industrial past while supporting the city’s future through housing, community amenities, and everyday gathering spaces.
